Frank Fu advises clients on a variety of business such as foreign investment, M&A, R&D, intellectual property licensing, litigation and related issues. His experience in intellectual property law practice also includes registration, transferring and protection of patent, trademark, copyright and domain names. He has many successful IP enforcement cases and has good relationship in working with the IP enforcement authority. The practice areas are mainly in software, IT, telecommunication, internet and entertainment industry. Meanwhile, he is active in working with industry partners, anti-counterfeiting alliance in different locations to leverage a variety of resources for IPR enforcement, policy, legal research, lobby and government relationship.

Frank had years of experience and diverse background as an in-house counsel with a famous software company and a patent attorney in an IP law firm. He is a member of several local and nationwide law research societies and IP enforcement alliances.
