ALEXIS KATCHOURINE Alexis Katchourine has legal and Tax Law qualifications (Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Tax Law, University of Paris V Malakoff). He has been specializing in Tax Law for more than 20 years. He has practiced in law firms (Salans, Eversheds) and in a major bank (Tax Department at Société Générale) before joining LERINS AVOCATS in 2008 as a partner and head of the Tax Department. He advises the general management, finance and legal departments, and assists companies in all stages of their development in France and abroad (mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, risk audits, tax optimisation, etc.). He also advises top managers regarding private Tax Law matters. He also assists companies in all stages of Tax Law-related litigation. Alexis Katchourine lectured on international Tax Law at the National School of Engineering and Technology (CNAM) (2003 - 2006). He also lectures on real-estate Tax Law at the National Property Federation (FNAIM).
He is a member of IFA (International Fiscal
