BRIAN J. KONST
Brian Konst has been associated with
the corporate and commercial litigation departments of MacKenzie Fujisawa
LLP since 1996.
Brian specializes in general corporate and commercial matters for domestic
and international clients, including corporate finance, contractual
issues, franchise and distribution agreements, and the protection of
intellectual property. Brian is a registered trade-mark agent with the
Canadian Intellectual Property Office, Ottawa. He is also routinely
involved in residential and commercial land acquisitions and divestments
in British Columbia, wills and succession planning, and estate
administration.
Brian is further involved in commercial litigation matters on behalf of
clients, in respect of creditor enforcement, maritime matters, and
cross-border disputes.
