Nicola Romano graduated from the Universitą Statale di Milano
(J.D.) in 1995 and was admitted to practice in 1999. As a
trainee, he attended Universitą Luigi Bocconi in Milan (Business
School - C.E.R.T.I.) where he obtained in April 2000 an Advanced
Certificate in Corporate Tax Law. In June 2000, Nicola Romano
obtained a scholarship from the Universitą Statale di Milano to
study abroad. The following year he completed his master in law
at the John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois, USA (LL.M.
in International Business and Trade) while working as foreign
associate for the Chicago based law firm Gardner, Carton &
Douglas. Mr. Romano is member of the Milan Bar Association.
