Beng Chai is the Firm's managing partner. He also oversees the Firm's corporate practice and
is primarily engaged in M&A, capital markets, corporate and commercial practice in Malaysia.
The Firm’s other practice areas are in Intellectual Property, Employment and Industrial
Relations law and Dispute Resolution. He is also a founding partner of Singapore firm Alban
Tay Mahtani & de Silva (ATMD ). He brings extensive experience to all matters related to
private equity investments in Malaysia and is actively involved in many cross-border
transactions.
